Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. This is the time it takes to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
International Shipping Origin To offer the best possible prices and ensure inventory availability, we ship our products directly from our International Distribution Centers located in Asia / China. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to cut out the middleman and pass the savings directly to you.
Estimated Delivery Times Because our items are shipped from our international facilities, delivery times are longer than domestic shipments. Please review the estimated timelines below before purchasing:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

United States: Orders under $800 are generally duty-free.

International: Icon clubs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.
Lost or Stolen Packages Icon Clubs is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen. However, if your package is lost in transit (not scanned for 30 days), please contact us at contact@iconclubs.com so we can file a claim and issue a replacement or refund.
